there’s an old post along these lines – centaurs can’t taste sweet things, the most addictive flavor for them is fat. the first thing that comes to mind is some kind of abominable ball of butter on a stick.. or like, novelty deep-fried foods you’d find at a state fair.

Well, not only do they keep the GUI icon set of our times (see comic+discussion here), they also still use cartoon rocket imagery in spite of disassembling real spaceships for a living! 😀

Although, also note the closeup of Talita’s hand, and the clear view of the fingertip-like pads inside the hoof-nails. A lot of manual-dexterity stuff may be easier for Talita than I thought…
